² It also looks like a huge set of the interesting frequencies are digital “Project 25,” P25, mode I'm just assuming there's no hope of receiving those on a HAM transceiver. Before this mod after been turned on for an hour or so the temp meter on the radio would show around 50 on the scale (7 or 8 bars), after the mod the temp meter shows around 25 on the scale (4 bars).
ICOM IC 7100 MODS INSTALL
I might have to install a second damn box to talk to truckers. ¹ Not very related, but to my annoyance, it looks like there's no MARS/CAP modification for the 7100 that covers the CB “11-meter band”, 26.965–27.405MHz. I loaded my previous settings via the SD card in the radio and now I have mic audio. These servers have their own world and can be set up with custom rules and mods. HI everyone, I have an issue, after setting up my Icom IC-7100 for RIgpi, now I dont have any mic audio at all if using my Heil mic with D-star and HF when not using the rigpi. There are over 100,000 mods made by the community People can run their own Minecraft server with relative ease. Thanks for any help, trying to get on 630 meter band 472 KHz.
The red tx light comes on above 100 KHz just no output. 1-60 MHz, but the radio will not modulate or output power below 1600 KHz. I have a mod that opens up the radio from. Is there any way for me to intelligibly receive (or for that matter, transmit) 2.5kHz-deviation FM signals with my transceiver? There are post-apocalyptic mods, and there's a mod called 'Create' which adds machinery and rotational power. Im looking for a mod to open up the transmit on the IC-9100. I'd really like to scan across such channels without installing yet-more equipment in my passenger compartment and yet I can't find any mention whatsoever of FM deviation in my ICOM-7100 manual. Unfortunately, some poking around frequency-listing websites reveals that a lot of the interesting non-HAM action happens over “NFM” - which I finally ascertained² to be a 2.5kHz-deviation FM mode used by commercial / emergency-services devices.
I have an ICOM-7100 that I've installed in my mobile as my primary (nay, only) HAM transceiver and I'm trying to avoid wasting a ton of space in my vehicle (not to mention money) for a proper scanner, or for a CB¹, to achieve fuller coverage of the available spectrum-space.
